Brooklyn Visual Heritage Usability Evaluation

I was part of a team of students at Pratt put together to evaluate the Brooklyn Visual Heritage website, a portal bringing together visual materials from the collections of the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Historical Society, and the Brooklyn Museum.  I helped recruit participants for our usability test, then conducted and monitored these tests.  Afterwards, I helped analyze users' testimony and survey results for the final report given to project members, where I also suggested improvements to the search results page.
